Online Community Connects: Talking to Kids about Death and Grief

We will discuss strategies for talking to children about death and, specifically, the death of

young siblings and infant relatives. We will also share ideas for processing grief through talking,

art-making, and play and provide some examples of memorial projects. There will be plenty of

time for participants to ask questions about the topic. This OCC will be hosted by Board Member

Joanne Zerdy, a grieving parent, educator, and grief worker.
