Angel Ivy Burial/Cremation Grant

The Angel Ivy Burial Cremation Grant, offered by SAILS, is a compassionate initiative dedicated to supporting families during their time of loss. This grant, named in honor of Ivyanna Salene, who was stillborn at 36 weeks, provides crucial financial assistance to cover the costs of funeral services, grave markers, or urns for families experiencing the unexpected loss of their baby.

Funded by generous donations, this grant reflects our commitment to honoring Ivyanna's memory and extending compassion to families facing similar tragedies. By alleviating the financial burden associated with burial or cremation expenses, we aim to offer families the opportunity to grieve without the added stress of financial worries.

Through the Angel Ivy Burial Cremation Grant, we strive to uphold Ivyanna's legacy of love and hope, ensuring that her spirit lives on through the support and comfort provided to bereaved families during their time of need.

Do you need to request financial assistance?​

We want you to be able to honor and say goodbye to your baby but know the burden you carry in your heart is overwhelming. So, to help ease any financial strain, SAILS wants to contribute towards the cost of the funeral service, grave marker, or urn. 

​We offer financial assistance towards the cost of funeral services, grave markers, or urns exclusively for families in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area. Requests are reviewed and decisions are made within 48 hours. Please note that the approval of requests depends on the availability of funds. All payments are made directly to the funeral home chosen by your family for the burial or cremation of your baby.
